Heaven Levine RN, ARNP Resident

Welcome to the professional portfolio of Heaven Levine. Currently, she is a graduate student at the University of Central Florida pursuing a master’s degree in Nursing Science, ultimately, to obtain national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her highly anticipated date of graduation is December 2011. Heaven has been in the nursing profession since 2002, when she began her education as a registered nursing student. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to build a solid foundation in nursing through direct patient care and collaboration with various interdisciplinary team members. She has practiced in several aspects of medicine including medical intensive care, pulmonology, infectious disease, rheumatology, endocrinology and sleep medicine.

Heaven has exhibited an unparalleled dedication to patients, families and the community. Her ambition to impart quality care, and promote positive health outcomes for all is met with unrelenting determination.

Her clinical competence is highlighted through the use of evidence based practice guidelines and standards in which she believes are key to health promotion, prevention, and maintenance of illness. The excellent rapport she has built with patients and their families extends to a resourceful network of colleagues that respect and admire her. Heaven has demonstrated impeccable moral and ethical commitment to patients and to the nursing profession as a whole. This has been displayed through her actions as a patient advocate and through her continuing involvement in multiple professional organizations.   

She is anticipating the expansion of her professional role in advanced nursing practice as a family nurse practitioner with profound excitement and enthusiasm.
